How do I create a session pack?

Go to the Packs menu from the sidebar, click on Create Pack and set the name, price, how many days it will be valid for, and how many sessions it includes (or if it is unlimited). You can also limit it to specific services or categories.

When does the pack validity start counting

The days you specify in Validity (Days) do not start from the moment you create the pack. They count from the moment you give it to a specific client. A pack can remain in your list for months before you use it — the client will always have their validity days from the day they received it, not from the day you created it.

How the client receives their sessions

The pack is not sold on its own from your website. Go to the client's profile from Clients, click on Add Sessions, and choose the pack you want to give them.

What does the unlimited pack mean

An unlimited pack does not deduct a session each time the client books an appointment — they can book as many as they want while the pack is active. For which services does the pack apply

When you create it, you choose whether it applies to All Services, only to Specific Services, or to services that belong to specific Categories. You cannot combine services and categories in the same pack — choose one or the other.

How to deactivate or delete a pack

Click the switch on the pack card to deactivate it; it will no longer appear when you assign sessions to a client, but those who have already received it will keep their sessions as normal. The trash icon permanently deletes it.
