11. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bookora, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

22. Beta service disclaimer

Bookora is currently provided as a beta service.

This means:

  • Features may be incomplete or change
  • Downtime or data loss may occur
  • No guarantees are made regarding availability or performance

The service is provided “as is” during the beta phase.

33. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bookora.

44. User accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

55. Generated content & responsibility

Bookora generates website content automatically.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content
  • You must ensure legal compliance of your published website
  • Bookora is not responsible for inaccurate or unlawful content
  • You represent that any Instagram account, business details or images you provide for website generation are your own business's or that you are authorised to use them, and that any people shown in photos you upload have agreed to appear on your website

66. Published websites

When you publish a website:

  • It becomes publicly accessible
  • You are responsible for its content and use
  • Bookora may suspend access in case of abuse or illegal activity

77. Intellectual property

  • Bookora owns the platform, software, and infrastructure
  • You retain ownership of your business content
  • You grant Bookora a limited license to host and display your content

88. Payments & subscriptions (future)

After official launch:

  • Some features may require a paid subscription
  • Prices and billing terms will be clearly communicated
  • Invoices or receipts will be issued according to Greek tax law

During beta:

  • No payments are required
  • No billing obligations exist

99. Cancellation & termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

Bookora reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
  • Discontinue the beta service at any time

1010. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law:

  • Bookora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any)

1111. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Greek law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Greece.
