This page explains the cookies and similar storage Bookora uses, and how you can control them. Cookies are small files or browser-storage entries; some are strictly necessary to run the service, others load only with your consent.

1What we store

Cookie choices (bookora-consent-v1 / tenant-consent-v1, local storage): your consent decision and its version. Kept until cleared. Strictly necessary.
Language (bookora_lang, cookie + local storage): the language you selected, kept for 1 year. Set only when you actively switch language.
Sign-in cookies (sb-*, httpOnly): keep you signed in to your account. Strictly necessary.
Selected business (bookora_admin_org, cookie): remembers which business you manage. Strictly necessary, admins only.
Error diagnostics (Sentry, EU region): session recordings only with your analytics consent. Off by default.
Google Maps (on business websites): loads only with marketing consent or when you click “Show map” — Google then receives your IP and may set its own cookies.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): loads only with marketing consent. Measures visits and actions (e.g. generating a website) so we can evaluate and optimise our ads. Meta then receives your IP and may set its own cookies.

2Managing your choices

Use the cookie banner when it appears, the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer, or the settings on each business website. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
