How do I remove a client from a session pack?
Open the client's profile from the client list and click the trash icon at the top right of their pack card. The action only reverts unused sessions — those that the client has already booked remain booked. The pack is not deleted, it is simply reset and expired, so it cannot be reused.
Open the client's profile from the client list and click the small trash can icon (🗑) at the top right of the pack card, in the Active Sessions section — not from the Packs page in Services, where you only create the types of packs you sell. There is no label next to it; if you hover the mouse over it, you see "Remove." You only get back the unused sessions — any that the client has already booked remain booked.
How to remove a pack from a client
- Go to the Clients list and open the profile of the client you want.
- In the Active Sessions section, find the pack you want to remove.
- Click the trash can icon at the top right of the pack card.
- Confirm in the window that appears. The action cannot be undone.
What exactly happens when I remove a pack
The pack is not deleted — the remaining sessions are zeroed out and the pack expires immediately, so it cannot be reused. It is not deleted because the bookings that have already been made with this pack must remain in the client's history.
- The sessions that have already been booked are not canceled. The client retains their spot.
- If the pack was unlimited, it ceases to be valid as soon as you remove it.
- If the pack was linked to a recurring membership in a class (see how those work), the automatic booking stops from now on. The sessions that have already been created remain.
- No refunds are issued. If the pack was marked as paid, the removal does not automatically refund the money.
Can I undo it?
No. The removal cannot be undone from the application. If a mistake was made, you will need to recreate the pack for the client.
