How do I put a session pack on offer?
Open the pack from the Packs menu, fill in the offer price and the "Until" date in the "Limited-time offer" section, and save. The offer shows on your website and in the client's wallet, the front desk sees the offer price when assigning the pack, and it stops by itself at the end of its last day.
Open the pack from the Packs menu, fill in the offer price and how long it runs in the Limited-time offer section, and click Save Pack. From that moment the pack shows the offer price with the regular price struck through beside it — on your website, in the client's wallet, and on the screen where you assign sessions.
How to set the offer
- Go to the Packs menu from the sidebar.
- Click the pack to open it, or click Create Pack if you are creating it now.
- In the Limited-time offer section, fill in the offer price. It must be lower than the regular price.
- Choose Until which date the offer runs. If it should start later, also choose From when — otherwise it starts right away.
- Click Save Pack.
Where the offer appears
While it runs, the offer is visible in three places:
- On your website, in the "Packs" section below your services, marked "Offer until" with the end date. See how to show or hide packs on your website.
- In the client's wallet, when they sign in to their account.
- In your Packs list and on the client's Add Sessions screen, where your staff see the offer price as the price to charge.
In your list the pack carries an On offer marker and the day it ends.
When the offer stops
The offer stops by itself at the end of the day you set in Until, in your business's local time. From the next day the pack shows its regular price everywhere, with nothing for you to do. If you set a future From date, the pack shows its regular price until then, and your list says when the offer starts.
What about payment
The client does not buy the pack online. When you give them the sessions from their profile, the screen shows the offer price and that is what gets recorded as the pack's amount. An amount already recorded for a client does not change when the offer ends.
How to remove or change the offer
Open the pack, clear the offer price and click Save Pack — the dates are cleared with it. To change it, type the new price or the new date and save. Anyone who received the pack while the offer ran keeps their sessions as normal.
