How do I set up recurring members in a class?

Open the Schedule, select the class, and add the client as a recurring member. From there on, it automatically reserves a spot in every session of the class, without needing to book it every week on their own. You can stop it whenever you want from the same screen.

How to add a recurring member

  1. Go to the Schedule from the Services menu.
  2. Choose the class you want.
  3. Open the Recurring Members section.
  4. Click Add Member and select the client.

How do I pause or remove a recurring member

There is no labeled button next to the name — only two icons with no text: a pause/play icon and a person-with-a-minus icon. Hovering shows a tooltip, but that doesn't help on a phone or tablet, so the icon shape is the more reliable way to tell them apart.

  • The pause icon ("Pause Enrollment") stops future automatic bookings without touching any booking that already exists — the row's status also switches to show "Paused" as text, easier to spot than the icon. Click the button in the same spot again whenever you want — it swaps to a play icon and reads "Resume Enrollment" — to turn it back on.
  • The remove icon ("Remove Member") ends the membership for good.
