How do I upgrade to Pro and manage the billing?
As long as early access lasts, every business automatically gets the Pro plan for free once it activates its account — no need to pay anything. Only the owner sees the Billing page, where they fill in the business's tax details and view invoices. The final Pro price is set once billing is activated.
As long as the early access lasts, every business automatically gets the Pro plan, completely free, from the moment it activated its account — you don’t need to pay anything or provide card details. There is no "upgrade button" to press, because there is no actual charge yet: the Pro plan is already active on your account.
Where can I see my plan and charges?
Open Settings and then the Billing tab. There you can see your current plan (Free or Pro), its status, and when there is an actual subscription, the renewal date and your payment method.
Who can manage the billing?
Only the business owner. The Billing page is hidden from any other role — administrator, receptionist, etc. — if any of them tries to open its address directly, Bookora sends them back to the calendar, without even seeing the Settings. Anything related to the subscription goes through the owner only.
How much will Pro cost when the billing is activated?
What is the "Billing Profile"?
These are your business's tax details — name or company name, tax ID (VAT number if you are outside Greece), and address. Bookora needs them to issue your first invoice as soon as payment starts, so it’s worth filling them out now.
- On the Billing page, find the Billing Profile card.
- Choose whether you are billed as an Individual or as a Business.
- Fill in your name or company name, VAT/AFM Number (if you are a business), address, and country.
- Click Save.
Where will I see my invoices?
On the same page, in the Invoice History. It is empty until the first actual payment is made; once that happens, each invoice appears there with its status, and you can download its PDF.
