How do I change my website and photos?
Open Website from the menu and the editor opens with the list of sections on the left, one panel in the middle and your live page on the right. Pick a section, change it, and the page updates as you type. The chip in the top bar tells you when work is unsaved. Press Save and the site is live.

Pick Gallery to change photos, Look to change the logo and colours, Headline or About to change the text. Every edit shows on the page straight away. Press Save and the change is live, with no separate publishing step.
How to open the editor
- Go to Website from the menu.
- Pick a section on the left. The panel in the middle shows only that section's settings, and the page on the right scrolls to it.
- In the top bar, switch between Desktop and Phone to see both layouts, and use the language switch beside them to choose which language you are writing.
On a phone the page fills the screen and an Edit button at the bottom opens the same list.
How to change the photos and the logo
Pick Gallery on the left, then press the dashed square with the + in it to upload a photo. You can keep up to 15, drag them to change their order, and remove any you no longer want. The first photo is marked Cover and is the one that leads your website, so choose carefully which one comes first.
The logo is not in Gallery. It lives in Look, under Logo, where the button reads Upload while there is no logo yet and Replace once there is one, with Remove beside it. Look is also where the template and your two colours are.
What else can I change
The list on the left follows the order of the page itself:
- Headline and About are the text at the top of the page.
- Services shows your price list. It is filled from your Services page, and Manage services takes you there.
- Team, Reviews, FAQ, Hours and Location & contact each hold the matching part of the page. Reviews is where you link your Google Business listing so your rating and reviews appear.
- Site settings holds your Business name, your Site address and your Business type.
Services, Packs, Team, Reviews, FAQ, Hours and Location & contact each have a Show on page switch in the panel header, and the same switch as a small eye in the list on the left. A section you hide stays in the list, greyed out, so you can bring it back.
Hiding Services only removes the price list from the page. Your clients can still book: the "Book Now" buttons keep working and the booking page stays open as normal.
How to save, and what the chip in the top bar means
Next to your site name in the top bar there is a small chip. It reads "Unsaved changes" with an orange dot the moment you change anything, and "Saved just now" once the save lands, counting up in minutes after that. That chip is the confirmation. There is no separate publish button and no approval stage.
Press Save, or press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on a Mac). If you try to leave with unsaved work, Bookora asks "Leave without saving?" and offers "Keep editing" or "Leave". The same question appears if you click Dashboard or a Manage services style button while something is unsaved.
How to change the website address
Open Site settings and use the Site address field. Bookora checks as you type and shows "Available" when the address is free.
Changing it breaks every old link to your website: bookmarks, QR codes, your Instagram bio. That is why Bookora asks you to confirm when you press Save. Only the account owner can change it. For anyone else the field is locked and reads "Only the owner can change the site address."
