How do I change my website and photos?
Open the Website from the management menu and you will see the editor with a live preview side by side. There you can change the logo, photos, colors, texts, and contact details. The first photo in the list becomes the cover of the website. Click Save and the changes are live immediately, without a separate publishing step.
Open the Website from the menu and you will see the editor with a live preview side by side: whatever you change on the left appears immediately on the right. There you can change the logo, photos, colors, texts, and contact information. Click Save and the website updates immediately, without a separate publishing step.
How to open the editor
- Go to Website from the menu.
- On the left, you see the settings, and on the right, the live preview of your website.
- At the top right, you can see how it looks on a computer or mobile.
How to change the photos
In the Gallery tab, click Add to upload a new image. You can upload up to 15 photos, drag them to change their order, and delete any you no longer want. The first photo on the list becomes the cover of your website, so choose carefully which one will be first.
Your logo changes separately, in the Business Details tab: click Change Logo on the circle with the logo and choose a new image.
What else can I change
In the same editor, you can change the business name and category, the two main colors, the titles and the "About Text" field, the address and phone number, the Instagram account, the frequently asked questions that your clients see, as well as which sections appear on the website (map, reviews, team, frequently asked questions).
When do clients see the changes
As soon as you click Save, the changes are live immediately — there is no separate "Publish" button or approval stage. If you are changing something significant, like the cover or texts, check the preview on the right first before saving.
How to change the website address (URL)
The Detailed URL field is located in the Business Details tab, below the business name. If you change it, every old link to your website — bookmarks, QR codes, your bio on Instagram — stops working, which is why Bookora asks for confirmation before saving the change. If you are not the account owner, the field is locked and you cannot change it.
