How do I add staff?

Go to Staff and click Add Staff Member. Fill in the name, optionally an email, and choose whether the member is a Provider or Receptionist. This creates a staff profile within your business — it is not the same as giving someone their own login account.

Provider or Receptionist — what’s the difference

The Provider appears on the calendar and accepts bookings from clients. The Receptionist has only management access — they are hidden from the calendar and cannot have appointments booked with them. You can change a member's type whenever you want by clicking on the availability label on their card.

Adding creates a login account

Not automatically. A staff member is not the same as an organization member (someone who logs into the management dashboard). If you filled in an email during the addition, an invitation email is automatically sent; the person gets their own account only after they open the link and accept it. Without an email, no invitation is sent — the member works normally as a Provider or Receptionist, just without their own login, until you send them an invitation later from their page.

How many staff can I add

In the free plan, you can have up to one active Provider. Receptionists do not count towards this limit, so you can add as many as you want. For more than one Provider, you need the Pro plan.
